Mayor Anderson called the regular meeting of the Town Council to order at 7:48 p.m. In attendance were Councilors Charlie Challstrom, Joe Clark, Georgette Cole and Sylvie Favret. Also present were Treasurer Mary Challstrom and Maintenance Supervisor Jim Fletcher.
Approval of the Agenda
Charlie Challstrom moved, Georgette Cole seconded that the agenda be approved. The Council added action on Ordinance No. 2010-04 as #4 and Introduction of Ordinance No. 2010-06 as #5. Vote: 4-0.
Maintenance Report
Jim Fletcher reported that he had done some work on the drainage ditch under Railroad Street. A brief discussion ensued. There were no more questions for Jim.
Action/Ordinance No. 2010-04 - Amending Article XVI of the Code of Ordinances Regarding Fees for Building Permits
Georgette Cole moved to approve Ordinance No. 2010-04. Joe Clark seconded the motion. Vote: 4-0.
